I am married to the man of my dreams, Michael. We live in Salado, Texas which is located between Austin and Temple. We have 4 grown children and 4 grandchildren. Our older son went to heaven on February 12, 2005. He died of a brain tumor at the age of 29. The other son came back from Iraq safely (Hallelujah!) in 2005 and has recently graduated from Texas State University. Our 2 daughters are married and each has 2 children. One daughter lives in Round Rock, Texas with her husband Scott and their children Megan and Robert. The other daughter lives in Cedar Park, Texas with her husband John and their children Hope and Beau. We delight in our children and our children's children!
The most important fact about me is that I am a born again believer in Jesus Christ. He is the Love of all my life! In whatever I do I seek to honor Him. See my testimony.
My husband and I teach an adult Bible Study class on Sundays. We are members of the First Assembly of God, Belton, Texas. However, I speak and have spoken to churches of many different denominations and am available to churches of ALL denominations. My husband sings and plays the trumpet on Sunday mornings at our church and whenever else he is called. I speak or preach as called and occasionally write skits or monologues. Mike can, at times, be available to accompany me if a singer or music/praise leader is needed. Our greatest privilege in this world is to glorify Christ!
I am continually learning and studying God's word. I recently completed Level One and Level Two online courses from In Christ's Image Training Center. Prior to these studies, I completed a Training Series in Bible Doctrine and Church Ministry offered through our local church. Before that I completed all 7 years of courses offered by Bible Study Fellowship International. Officially and unofficially, I love to chew on the cud of God's word! It is life changing! "When Your words came, I ate them; they were my joy and my heart's delight..." Jer.15:16
